- 1904 August 22, 第一次日韓協約 [Japan–Korea Agreement of August 1904][1]:
- 一 韓國政府ハ日本政府ノ推薦スル日本人一名ヲ財務顧問トシテ韓國政府ニ傭聘シ財務ニ關スル事項ハ總テ其意見ヲ詢ヒ施行スヘシ
- ichi Kankoku seifu wa Nihon seifu no suisen suru Nihonjin ichimei o zaimu komon to shite Kankoku seifu ni yōhei shi zaimu ni kansuru jikō wa subete sono iken o toi shikō subeshi
- 1. The Korean government shall appoint a Japanese person recommends by the Japanese government as the financial adviser of the Korean government, and all the financial matters shall be consulted with this person before implementation.
- 一 韓國政府ハ日本政府ノ推薦スル日本人一名ヲ財務顧問トシテ韓國政府ニ傭聘シ財務ニ關スル事項ハ總テ其意見ヲ詢ヒ施行スヘシ
