     Dāng “qìbǎo” fāshēng shí, xuǎnmín huì pāoqì zìjǐ yuánběn zhīchí de zhèngdǎng, bǎ piào tóu gěi lìngyī dǎng de hòuxuǎnrén. [Pinyin]
