  • Strictly speaking, 幾個几个 (jǐgè) should only be used with nouns that take () as a primary classifier.
  • 幾個几个 (jǐgè) is only used when the answer to "how many?" is expected to be under ten. For amounts that are expected to exceed ten, 多少 (duōshao) is used instead.
