(personal suffix) Used to form the first-person plural present tense of verbs (indicative mood, indefinite conjugation).
beszél (“to speak”) → beszélünk (“we speak, we are speaking”)
(possessive suffix) our (first-person plural, single possession)
kert (“garden”) → a kertünk (“our garden”)
(personal-pronoun suffix) of us (appended to a numeral or a pronoun)
négy (“four”) → négyünk (“the four of us”)

egyik (“one (of)”) → egyikünk (“one of us”)

Az egyikünk nappal alszik, a másikunk éjszaka. ― One of us sleeps during the day, the other at night.

(personal suffix) Variants:
